In Winter...ice-skate at your doorstep, X-C ski, snowmobile, snowshoe
or ice fish. Alpine ski at Whiteface, Mt. Pisgah, or Titus--all are less
than 30 miles away. Lake Placid's Olympic sites are only minutes away -
enjoy exhilarating bobsled rides, ski jumpers soaring through the air,
world class ice skaters practicing and competing, or visit the Olympic Museum.
The spectacular view of the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival Ice Palace lights
up the opposite shore of Lake Flower beginning in early February, lasting
as long as the weather stays cold. A time for everyone to celebrate and have fun!
In Summer...swim at our private beach; explore over 40 miles of navigable
waterways by paddleboat, canoe, rowboat or rent a motorboat; fish for trout,
pike and bass; hike the trails of the Adirondacks; golf one of six challenging
18-hole courses; or enjoy horseback riding, tennis, biking, boating, kayaking,
and canoeing.
